Hillside Elegance in Biatorbágy: A Spacious Family Retreat in Nature

Set in the tranquil, leafy surroundings of Biatorbágy, this family home is a prime example of Epit Ace Studio’s comprehensive general design expertise and creativity. The project’s greatest challenge—and its most beautiful asset—was the steep hillside plot, for which we designed a modern luxury home characterized by truly expansive interior spaces.

Architecture and Terrain
Tamás’s architectural concept brilliantly utilizes the elevation changes of the site. Rather than imposing on the landscape, the building's intelligent, terraced design allows it to blend organically into the hillside. The extensive glass facades and strategically oriented terraces not only offer uninterrupted panoramic views of the valley but also flood every corner of the house with natural light. As a full-service design firm, we supported this bold architectural form with top-tier structural and MEP engineering, ensuring the utmost safety and sustainability for this complex hillside build.

Breathtaking, Expansive Interiors
During the interior design phase, Péter’s primary focus was to maximize the sense of grandeur and flow. Upon entering the house, one is greeted by huge, interconnected spaces, soaring ceilings, and a profound feeling of freedom. The functional zones—living room, dining area, and kitchen—merge seamlessly with subtle, invisible boundaries. The interior palette balances warm, natural textures with clean, modern surfaces, ensuring that even the most monumental spaces radiate a welcoming, intimate, and truly homey atmosphere.

Harmony Inside and Out
The Biatorbágy villa is the perfect fusion of spacious luxury and natural serenity. It is a home that provides an elegant, uncompromising living space for generations, while maintaining a continuous visual connection with the beautiful landscape that surrounds it.
